Recreational Classes
Each class in our recreational gymnastics program is designed to maximize fun while learning. We encourage all students to reach their full potential at their own pace. Classes focus on developing strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence while learning new and exciting skills in their chosen discipline.
BEGINNER
In this class, the student focuses on the fundamentals of gymnastics. Students are developing a solid understanding of skills and learning basic movements. Skills to be developed in this include cartwheels and handstands on the floor, pullovers, and casts on bars, squat-ons and proper springboard entry on vault, and beginning beam skills involving balance and movement.
INTERMEDIATE
In our intermediate class, gymnasts will continue to develop their gymnastics, learning skills such as a kick-over and round-offs on the floor, back hip circles and glide swings on bars, handstand flatbacks and dive rolls on vault, and advanced beam skills such as jumps, handstands, and cartwheels.
CHEER
In our Cheer beginner/intermediate class, individuals will work on basic cheer skills, such as basic tumbling, jumps and cheers. In our Middle School Cheer class, individuals will work on advanced tumbling skills and jumps.

All Classes
Important Information
- No walk-ins permitted. Students must be registered prior to desired start date.
- Tuition is due on the 1st of the month prior. Enrollment is continuous and tuition prices are monthly.
- Please complete a Student Transfer Form, located under Student Forms, to change classes.
- A 30-day withdrawal notice is required to drop a class. A withdrawal form must be completed online. It is located under Student Forms.
